antymark, llc. (“we”) handles personal information collected through our website, the sale of our works and assets, and the applications we use, in accordance with this policy.

2. Information we collect and how we use it

  • Inquiries: Your name, email address and message sent via our form or by email are used only to respond to you.
  • Analytics: This site may use Google services such as Google Analytics, which collect usage data through cookies. This data does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
  • Sales: Payment and delivery information for purchases on BOOTH and Gumroad is handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

3. Use of Google APIs (antymark uploader)

We use YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API) through our internal application “antymark uploader” solely to upload videos to our own YouTube channel.

  • The only permissions used are video upload (youtube.upload) and confirming the destination channel (youtube.readonly).
  • The application accesses only the Google account and YouTube channel owned by antymark, llc., and never accesses third-party accounts or data.
  • Credentials are stored only on computers we manage and are never transmitted, shared or sold to anyone.
  • Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account security settings.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

We will respond to requests to disclose, correct, stop using or delete your personal information after verifying your identity. Please contact info@antymark.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as needed and will publish changes on this page.

2. 取得する情報と利用目的

  • お問い合わせ：フォームやメールでいただいたお名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容は、回答と連絡のためにのみ利用します。
  • アクセス解析：当サイトは Google アナリティクス等の Google のサービスを利用し、Cookie によりアクセス状況を収集する場合があります。個人を特定する情報は含まれません。Cookie はブラウザの設定で無効にできます。
  • 素材の販売：BOOTH・Gumroad での購入に伴う決済・配送等の情報は、各サービスの運営者が各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。

3. Google API の利用について（antymark uploader）

当社は、当社自身の YouTube チャンネルへ動画を投稿するために、社内用アプリケーション「antymark uploader」で YouTube API Services（YouTube Data API）を利用しています。

  • 利用する権限は、動画のアップロード（youtube.upload）と、投稿先チャンネルの確認（youtube.readonly）のみです。
  • アクセスするのは当社が所有する Google アカウントと YouTube チャンネルだけであり、第三者のアカウントやデータにはアクセスしません。
  • 認証情報は当社の管理するコンピューター内にのみ保存し、外部へ送信・共有・販売することはありません。
  • Google API から受け取った情報の利用は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use 要件を含む）に従います。
  • YouTube の利用には YouTube 利用規約 が、Google によるデータの取り扱いには Google プライバシーポリシー が適用されます。
  • アクセス権は Google アカウントのセキュリティ設定 からいつでも取り消せます。

4. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

5. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求

ご本人からの個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご請求には、本人確認のうえ対応します。info@antymark.com までご連絡ください。

6. 改定

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて改定し、このページで公表します。
